CIDI will charged pay interest to the overnight position after the closing.
Summer time: after 3:00am
Winter time: after 4:00am
Remark: Interest Will be announced on the notice board of CIDT. Interest Will be charged due to the market.

Example:

Client buy 1 lots spot gold at 1701 with interest rate interest
= 1701(USD)x 100 (ozs) x 7.8 (HKD/USD) x 2.25%/360 = 8209 HKD
Client sell 1 lots spot gold at 1705 with interest rate 0.75%
Interest – 1705 (USD/OZS) x 100(OZS) x 7.8 (HKD/USD) x 0.75%/360 = 227 HKD.

Announce 11:00am everyday. CIDT will also charge the storage.
Storage will be also charged everyday.

Example:

CIDT announces high interest 50 HKD/LOT of HK Gold ,
Tael storage 20HKD/day/LOT.
If client bought HK Gold 1 lot.Client will receive interest = 50-20=30
if client sold 1lot client will be charged interest = 50+20=70
